Really, it wasn't Roman's fault. Ms. Valor was an evil woman, and for some reason hated him. It was the only reason Roman was ever in detention anymore. It wasn't like he went out, and planned to get in trouble. That kind of thing just happens to him; it was like trouble followed Roman around. Or at least lookss for him on a daily bases. Anyways, back to Ms. Valor. The woman gave him detention for 'skipping' her class. Yeah, right. Sometimes Roman skipped her class, but not the day she said he did because they had a test that day. So, as Roman walked to detention he mumbled abs grumbled about his psychotic teacher. Honestly, Roman didn't look forwars to detention for the rest of the week. The chick was crazy if she thought he was coming everyday.
As student he did have a life. He had things that needed to get done, along with a job he had to go too. Roman justbcouldn't afford to be in after school detention everyday. He'd have to talke to her about; possibly weasly his way out of it. He needed to turn up the Roman charm and persuade her. Easier said than done though, Roman thought when entering the detention hall. Roman threw his bag at the usual seat, and signed in. At least he'd get som of his work done, and not be distracted. As far as Roman could see, it was the usual crowd.
Silently, he pulled out a notebook, and bgan the essay that was due tomorrow. Roman glanced up for a moment when the man began to discuss the rules of detention. He, along with everyone else, rolled his eyes. Everyone here knew the rules, they weren't that stupid. At least he hoped not. Roman leaned against the chair, and kept writing on the Ancient Greeks religion and belief system.

Then I heard your heart beating, you were in the darkness too So I stayed in the darkness with you [/i][/center] --A few years ago she heard some very good advice. You’re not guilty until proven so. Too bad she was already proven so. Aliza had issues with backing down from a dare and that’s why she was sitting in the office. An ADGW (a dare gone wrong). It was an average Friday night party and Aliza was drunk as usual. One of her “friends” dared her to set fire to the one of the trees outside the water dorms. Some part of her was working properly, well semi anyway. So instead of using her undeveloped power she used a lighter. The water kids noticed her and she started running away, dropping her lighter. The problem with that was she had her lighter engraved. This proved to be a bad idea.
--Ms Valor found it and she was screwed. She was sent to detention for a week, after some intense threatening. Ms. Valor repeatedly threatened calling her dad; Aliza tried her hardest to not say that was what she wanted, attention. Of course she would never, EVER admit that. She loved her father, sometimes it seemed completely hopeless. Other times he managed to get her thinking that things could be the same again. But Aliza knew that was never going to happen so she needed to find another way to be loved without commitment. That’s why she doesn’t do relationships, commitment. What she really needed was love, her father has failed to give it to her for years and that’s why she is how she is.
--Aliza! Are you even listening? Do you want to get your father involved in this? One of the only reasons that Aliza was still was because of all the money her father had to keep giving. No ma’am, I understand what I did was wrong and I deserve detention for at least a week. Aliza purposely set up her own punishment. Ms Valor probably had someone worse planned bit Aliza could tell her plan was working. Yes, a week of detention should teach you your lesson.
--So that’s how she ended up in this boring class, sitting in her desk wishing she had something to do. Aliza had homework, and she knew she did she just forgot it in her locker. Not knowing what to do she picked some random person to watch.

It would seem that Roman was going to finish his essay before most of detention was over. Roman pulled his phone out for a moment when it vibrated, and saw a text from Jaycee. The Thunder student sighed at the text, and replied with one word. "Detention," then proceeded to snap his phone shut. Obviously the man had heard it, and snapped his head up from whatever he had been reading. Roman shrugged at the man, who began to grumble about something. That was a man who hated his job right there. Roman gave a slight smirk, and went back to his paper. It was turning out really well for a change.
After he finished his paper, Roman just leaned back, and chilled. That was when he felt a pair of eyes on him. He turned around slowly and saw a girl-Aliza he was pretty sure- staring at him. In return, he began staring back at her with a smirk on his face. He gave her a slight nod, then turned back around. He grabbed a piece of paper out of his bag and wrote:
Like what you see?
Roman had the guy sitting next to him use that awesome wind element to carry it over to her. Roman thanked the guy next to him, then proceeded to rest his head on the desk. Might as well if he was here. He knew he would pick up the late shift later since he couldn't show up for his mid shift.
