CLOTHING STYLE
It isn't too easy to tell that Ari doesn't come from a family with loads of money. She tends to dress on the dressier side of things. She can be seen in diverse clothing ranging from dresses to skinny jeans. Even though skinny jeans are a more common thing to see on the girl, the jeans never have holes and she tends not to wear them if they are faded. Her shirts are usually collard and plaid, but there are those occasions where she will just wear a regular shirt. Her dresses usually go down to about her knees and never above; she doesn't want an open target sign put on her. Her dresses are usually dark in color while her shirts are usually bright and full of life. She doesn't wear basically any make-up and small amounts of jewelry. She will always be seen wearing a charm bracelet though.

HISTORY
Ari was born June 20th to a teacher named Rene Stow and a business man named Steven Williams. The two had met at the school actually and even though Steven was fire and Rene was earth, they still managed to look passed it since the two had been in love from the first sighting of one another. The quickly married after high school, only waiting a year afterwards. The two bought a small cottage-like house in Canada and lived there peacefully until they had their first child, Joshua. Josh was a very reckless boy and loved danger. He ended up with the fire element side of things. However, when Ari was born, the boy seemed to simmer down a few notches and always look after her. His parents thought that it was just the over-protective big brother quota stepping in.
It didn't take long for her parents to figure out that she was going to be the earth side of the bargain. She would always be so sweet and gentle with things. She would always draw flowers and butterflies. Now, the matter of when she would show the power or not was still at large of course. Throughout her childhood, her and her brother were an inseparable pair. The only time they would ever be apart was when they both had to go to school and in different classrooms. Ari often hung out with her brother which means hanging out with a bunch of older kids. Her brother's friends often acted like they accepted the little girl into the group, but picked on her when Josh wasn't watching. Ari didn't feel like telling him because they were his friends and what kind of sister would she be if she took him away by telling him that?
The world of the two children started falling apart when the arguing began. Her parents began to argue when she was about nine. It was her tenth birthday where Josh had gotten her the charm bracelet and her parents filed for divorce. Her mother took her and Steven took Josh. Ari would often ask why they had split up after so many long years and her mother said that the earth and fire aren't really meant to be. Ari huffed at the statement and just never asked about it again. When she was twelve, the powers began to show. Her emotions played a big role in it too. She was extremely sad one day after school after failing a test, but everyone had failed the test. She was sitting in the kitchen while her mother was cooking in front of a flower pot. She poked the flower pot and she had made the flower begin to grow.
Her mother danced joyously around the room and immediately signed her up for the academy. She started when she was thirteen and now she's seventeen and a freshman in college.

RP SAMPLEEven if it was Georgia, the nights were cool and breezy. The teacher walked around the school's perimeter, watching all the students go by and back into their dorms. Ari messed around with the purple-ish scarf around her neck as well as the hat on her head. While walking around the school building, she saw four kids just walking around, laughing and joking. She knew that judging was wrong and all, but she knew she should tell a local security guard or someone higher up on the food chain. She walked around for what felt like forever until she found a man that looked lower on the security rank, but it was better than nothing. She tapped on his shoulder and he immediately turned around with no hesitation. As usual, he started questioning her about her jewelry and she showed him her I.D. He then shut-up long enough for her to inform him about the four kids she had just seen wondering around so late at night. The guard nodded his head and went in the direction she had just came from.
After he left, she felt her eyes roll and her head look up at the sky. Did she really look that young? She took it as a compliment, but going through her day always having to show her badge around, it got annoying fast. She'd been here for about a year and at least most staff members had known who she was. The newer ones could, saying this nicely, suck it. She would have to wear her badge around her neck from now on apparently. She looked around, not even knowing where she had traveled to. It seems like Ari had made her way to the pond. She smiled at the calm waters, only being disturbed by the occasional bug or leaf. She looked around to see familiar faces among the staff, so when she was going to walk along the stones so close to the pond, she wouldn't get yelled at.
And so she did. She wasn't sure why water made her so calm inside, but just the persona of it made her whole body just relax. She closed her eyes and took in a deep breath. The smell of this place was amazing really. At night, it was peaceful, rarely any sound to disturb the scene. She opened her eyes and found the bench under the flowering tree. She made her way over and took a seat. She wasn't quite sure what the special name of the tree was, but it was purely amazing. The purple of the flowers made the place around her pop out. When the wind blew, flower petals fell off, most going into the pond. She smiled at the sight and thought about just staying out here for the night, curling up in a ball and watching the petals and leaves fall off the trees that surrounded her. She had a half-way long-sleeve shirt on; she could make do for the night.
