DISTINGUISHING FEATURES The most distinguishing, and also embarrassing, feature of Haley would have to be his name, which is meant for a girl. All throughout grade school, he was mocked and called a girl. His long hair didn't exactly add to his masculinity, but Haley liked the way he looked, despite what other's thought. After growing up with it, he became immune to people's insults, often times he makes fun of himself. Haley also has a birth mark on his upper thigh that is only visible with his pants off.
CLOTHING STYLE Haley is not too worried about his style of clothing, since he likes to believe he looks good in anything. He is most common seen wearing cropped or full length jeans and some kind of brand t-shirt, whether it be for a skateboard company, band, or other reason. Though he has a wide range of the different brand name shirts, they all had one thing in common: they were a bit tight fitting around him. He also enjoys wearing flip flops, mainly because he is too lazy to put on both shoes and socks.

POSITIVE TRAITS
- Outgoing. Haley has never had a problem speaking to complete strangers walking past the street. He loves people to people interaction and meeting new and exciting people, however he can come off a bit pushy and strong at first.
- Hilarious. Haley is extremely good at making people laugh. He swears that in another life he was some kind of comedian. If it's not what he says, it's definitely the idiotic things he does that gets people to laugh.
- Loyal. Once you are one of Haley's friends, he will stay as loyal to you as a well trained dog. He will stick by you in everything you do, and often times puts other people's feelings in front of his own.
NEGATIVE TRAITS
- Childish. It's either Haley's way of the highway. Lots of people call him selfish, for this kid is not a fan of compromises. He's very stubborn and once his mind is set on something, there's no way to change it.
- Sarcastic. It comes with the job title of being a goof ball. Haley's sarcasm is as subtle as a freight train heading in the opposite direction down main street.
- Obnoxiously Persistent. Haley is a very nosey person. He finds joy in getting into everyone's business. He also knows what he wants, and generally doesn't stop until he gets it. He doesn't understand the meaning of "no".
LIKES
- Water. Isn't it obvious that someone who can manipulate and control water would love to be in it? Even before Haley knew about his powers, he loved swimming, surfing, jet skiing, anything that had to do with water. There was a time he loved to go fishing too until he became a vegetarian.
- Kissing on first dates. Though he lacks in this category, he is quite the romantic behind the camera. He would rather watch people, like in the movies or his friends, find romances than him.
- Photography. Haley likes being behind the lens of a camera instead of in front of it. He lives his life through the lens, taking pictures of things as a past time.
- Animals. Not saying he is an animal activist, but he does believe that animals were made on this earth more than a food source. He also has a knack for animals, they all seem to adore him.
- Sports. Not so much watching them, but playing them. Haley used to play a lot of tennis when he was younger with his cousin.
DISLIKES
- Bad Hair Days. Haley is one of those guys who can not help but to stare at himself whenever he passes a mirror. It is also very common to see him look at himself through the reflection on his phone or car.
- Poor Hygiene. Nothing turns Haley off more than a person who does not shower or wear deodorant. Not only is it unsanitary, but Haley would not help himself but make comments on it.
- Hang Overs. Haley has only been drunk a couple times when he tagged along with his cousin a lot of the parties she attended. But when he is under aged drinking, he tends to push his limits, resulting in a terrible headache the following morning.
- Stereotypes. Haley does not like labels, and therefore does not consider himself a part of any of them. He believes that people who label themselves and others are just cults and extremely judgemental of others.
- Rejection. He's pretty used to this, but that does not make him hate it less. Throughout his high school, and even middle school life, Haley has asked plenty of girls out on dates, all turning into complete disasters.
- His name. Nothing makes him feel unmasculine more than when people poke fun at his name. He resents his parents for calling him a girl name, convinced that they did it as a sick joke.
STRENGTHS
- Stamina. Haley is lightning fast in the water. He needs powerful arms and legs to be able to do this. Makes for a great lifeguard. He can also go long periods working out without getting too exhausted.
- Comical Relief. Haley is a good person to go to if you want to forget about your issues.
- Persuasion. Since Haley is persistent and does not like the word no, he is very good at persuading people into doing things.
WEAKNESSES
- Flirting. When it comes to seduction and flirting, Haley is completely oblivious. He wouldn't know if someone was trying to flirt with him if it came and bit him in the ass. That being said, he can not flirt either. He usually gets so worked up in trying to impress someone that he may seem awkward and not himself.
- Opening Up. Probably the hardest thing for Haley to do is open up to people. Since he is always the comic relief guy, lots of people overlook the fact that he has hardships too.
- Peer Pressure. Just like he does not like people saying "no", he can not say no to anyone. Haley will do whatever he can to get people to like him. A lot of times this leads to Haley getting into trouble.
FEARS
- Hypochondriac. Haley is always diagnosing himself with new, deadly diseases. If something is bothering him, Haley can not resist looking up the symptoms and hunting down the worst case scenario.
- Dying young. He has a whole life to live and he is terrified to not be able to experience this with one false step. The word "death" alone gives him the chills.
- Ghosts, Poltergeists, Aliens, etc. Yes, Haley is a big believer of the supernatural. He is generally very gullible and easily freaked out. If he hears something, he automatically jumps to conclusions that some paranormal stuff is going on. If we have super powers, who's to say they don't exist?
BEST MEMORY Haley tries to make the best out of every situation thrown at him, but what he really misses the most was back when he had no knowledge he had been adopted and felt that he was a part of the family with caring and loving parents. Aside from his minor pranks he performed on his relatives, Haley's life had reached its peak when he was ten.
WORST MEMORY The time he was stuck living with his good for nothing father who he only found out about hours before he moved in. His father had no intention of building any sort of relationship with Haley except business related. Only when his father was at his worst financial state did he come and claim Haley as his own. He needed another sucker to work for him and earn money to help pay for the rent.
LONG-TERM GOAL He wants to make an impact on somebody's life as well as always be there for his friends and family. In other words, not turn out like his parents.

HISTORY
Matthew and Christine were not cut out to be parents and after having their first child when they were really young, they did not want another. So when Haley came into the picture, Christine's brother and his wife stepped in and offered to be the parents of the baby. Haley's parents were more than willing to hand over the burden that was the baby to their family members. In order to prevent confusion, they agreed to have Haley grow up believing that they were his real parents. They even got Haley's older brother, Kyle, in on the picture Not too long after Haley was born that Matthew eloped to Las Vegas with a hot, new stripper. Christine was devastated after he left. She started drinking and doing drugs to coop. Because of her unstable lifestyle, Kyle spent a lot of time at Haley's place as long as he would go along with the lie that he was his cousin instead of brother. To their success, Haley grew up believing he was really the son of Danielle and Christopher Addams.
Even though Haley grew up convinced he was a part of this family, he was always getting himself into trouble. You would too if you were constantly outshined by your 'perfect' older sibling. Audrey was the perfect child. She received straight A's, was on the honor role, and even offered a full time scholarship to Harvard University. Haley was not impressed. He enjoyed the simpler things in life, like laughter and jokes. Whenever there was something fishy around the house, Haley was somehow always connected to it. Even while at school, Haley was constantly being sent to the principal's office for insubordination. His aunt and uncle were always punishing him. It was always a relief to get even the least bit of attention from his parents after constantly being over shadowed by his outstanding sister.
The little white lie that founded most of Haley's life lasted until the morning of his fourteenth birthday. Instead of getting pleasantly woken up by his aunt and uncle's infamous breakfast in bed, he was rudely awoken by a man claiming to be his father. After a long, awkward and confusing conversation filled with disagreement, Haley had no choice but to listen to the stranger. Since his aunt and uncle were not Haley's legal guardians, they could do nothing but assist Haley in packing. Living with his father soon became the worst year of his life. As soon as he arrived, his father put him to work to help pay for the rent. Since Haley was too young to find a real job, his father forced him assist in his business, which was drug dealing. Pretty soon Haley began to loathe this man for they had a love/hate relationship, more hating than loving. If his father didn't think Haley was pulling his weight, he would often lash out to him, leaving Haley often times wounded.
Haley's powers too a bit longer than most people to kick in. The first incident was pure accident, but Haley was almost sickened by the joy it brought him. One day, while Haley's dad was off doing business, Haley had ditched school. Going to school all day and working all night with his dad eventually got tiring, so Haley's perfect attendance soon dropped, to where he would only show up once or twice a week. This was just a typical day for him, wandering aimlessly around the house, breaking all the rules his dad set up for him out of spite. He got a bit carried away, this time more than others. While Haley was messing up his father's bedroom, jumping on the bed, shaving his pubic hair with his dad's facial razor, turning on the sinks and bathtub, he had unknowingly caused the water to pour out more than usual. When Haley noticed, he had nearly flooded the entire apartment. But as Haley desperately tried to clean up his mess, it only got worse. When his father came home, he was literally washed away as soon as he opened the door. Once his father dried off, he called his son a freak and sent him back to his aunt and uncle's place, no longer wanting a trouble child living in his house. Haley was glad to be back, but his aunt and uncle were afraid he would flood their house and sent him to the academy.
(complete fail... i may rewrite it later... there's so much i left out about him =/)

RP SAMPLEAfter a long day of sitting around, doing nothing, Steele was in need of a fix. All day long he sat on the couch, watching television and snarfing down cereal. Steele had wasted a beautiful Friday afternoon, and he needed something to make up for it. It wasn't like Steele didn't like sitting around all day, sometimes they were the best kinds of days, but once he was over it, he was always in a rush to do something fun. The first thing that popped into his head was heading to the club for a few drinks and drunken dancing. If he was lucky, possibly some company tonight, but Steele wasn't going to try to control his night. He would leave that task to the alcohol. Only a few months ago Steele turned twenty one, and already he drank more than most people did in their lifetime. Steele knew his limits though. They consisted somewhere between buzzed and one night stands.
To Steele, one night stands were just a common thing. Every guy needs a fix once and awhile, and although most guy settle for a girl, Steele is not willing to judge. He had to admit he was a bit more attracted to men than women, only because men were also in it for their quick fix. Girls wanted to sit there and cuddle with you and in the morning they want some kind of relationship or they get all upset if you don't remember that name. As for guys, they usually were out the door by the time Steele got up. That's what one night stands were supposed to be about. Two complete strangers meet up, either under the influence of alcohol, but sometimes not, do their thing, and then forget about each other the very next day.
Twenty minutes later from his decision to get drunk, he arrived at the bar wearing his brand new v-neck shirt and tight jeans that you can see every feature of his lower body. Steele was not ashamed to wear these pants, especially since guys were all a bit bi-curious after a couple of drinks. In a way, Steele thought he was some kind of god, that he was able to relieve people of their problems for one night, and in the morning do them a favor and leave. Girls usually needed this just as much as guys did, although if Steele were to pick up a girl, he had a checklist to determine if she was going to want to stick around afterwards. Every once in awhile new friendships sprouted from a one night stand between Steele and a few other people. This was able to happen because there was a mutual understanding of the term used so loosely now a days.
Steele took a seat down at the bar and ordered a shot of tequila. What better drink to start off the night. He glanced around the bar, half hoping to catch the eye of another person's. After he completely scanned everyone in the place, he began to grow a bit agitated. It was a Friday night for goodness sakes, where were all the good looking people? The night was still young, Steele had remind himself. He turned back around in the chair and watched the bartender cater to the already plastered people across the bar. He leaned back, and took a shot of the tequila, slamming the tiny shot glass back down on the table. He closed his eyes and enjoyed the feeling of the alcohol going down his throat.
A couple more shots of tequila and already Steele could start feeling the effects of the alcohol. He could feel his head grow light and the rest of his body numb to everything. The feeling had never felt this good before. Steele couldn't even recall the last time he had alcohol, but it couldn't have been more than a week ago. A week was a long time according to Steele. That was practically a month to him. The days soared by so slowly in the course of a week in Steele's life. Nothing exciting happened in a really long time, but hopefully tonight would change that. Steele knew walking into this bar and the chances of him getting lucky tonight was slim, since no one in their right mind would show up to a bar alone, except the desperate ones. Was Steele desperate? Steele did not like to think of himself that way, but he also knew that desperate people sit at the bar, taking shot after shot, just waiting for someone to strike interest. Normally Steele did not stoop this low, but there was always a first for everything.
