Blake reluctantly shuffled his way into the classroom. His teacher, a burnt-out hippie with bleached hair and unruly eyebrows, glanced up from the the desk she sat at only long enough to acknowledge the boy's presence. She grunted, admitting his attendance, and hurriedly resumed painting. This could barely be called art class. He never learned anything, except for the first day, when the teacher warned us not to stick their fingers in paint, or eat the clay. Otherwise, it was a free-for-all. In the back, two boys perched on the windowsill, flinging flecks of clay at each other. A dried piece hit one of them in the corner of the eye and he flinched so violently he nearly toppled out of the open window. Again, the teacher glanced up quickly to bark, "STAY OFF THE WINDOWSILLS!" but then took no further disciplinary precautions. A clique of girls giggled naughtily to the left of the boys. Blake was slumping in his seat, wondering how he managed to get even get enrolled in this class. He didn't have a single creative bone in his body. Somehow his easy 'A' class was getting the best of him. He dug inside his pocket and pulled out his phone. A wild looking grin formed on his face as he read his latest text.
----------
"A healthy dose of hooky never hurt anyone," the boy thought as he wandered off towards the library. Not like that hack of an art teacher would notice the boy missing anyway. For once his spirits were high as he walked into the library. Of course it wasn't his intention to do any extra studying or research some inconsequential topic for a paper. Instead the large boy roamed into the library on a more personal reason rather than academic. Sitting at one of the round tables, Blake spotted the blonde petite girl who had sent him a text earlier. It had been a few days since they last got together, and when she reached out to him, he was more than happy to pick her over class. He made he way across the floor in haste, nearly knocking down another student in the process. He stopped for a moment to size the boy up. Some small frail kid stared back at Blake as if he was some sort of match for the Thunder. "Watch where you're going next time," Blake threatened. Any other day he would have put that kid in his place, but he had more pressing matters to attend.
Karlee Betzina was one of the many girl's Blake had the pleasure of hooking up with. She was an untamed wild child with looks to boot. It definitely helped that the two of them had spent more than a few drunk nights together keeping each other company. One of the best things about the fire elemental though was that he had managed to not ruin a friendship with her. They were both go to contacts when they felt the need for a little casual fun, no strings attached. "Well hello there Karlee," Blake grabbed the chair next to her and moved it a bit closer to her before settling in it. He was hoping to distract her from any work she may have out in front of her. His hand crawled it's way towards the back of the younger girl's chair until it finally draped across the span of her shoulders. "You rang?" he teased, giving her shoulder a soft squeeze. Karlee really didn't like school. However, she didn't want to retake her eleventh grade year again. She wanted to actually someday be able to graduate high school. But that meant actually doing work and going to class. That was more of a challenge for her than she thought. However, she had a study period now, and was in the library. She was never in here, but this would be a good enough place to make it look like she was doing some work. She had her english book open in front of her, but wasn't even looking at it. She had her phone out under the table and texted Blake - beckoning him to come rescue her.
It didn't take long - as she was sure it wouldn't, for him to get there. She smiled at him as she saw him. "Hey there handsom." She said, eyeing him. She had that usual glint in her eyes when she saw him. Yeah, they were friends, but there was something about friends with benefits that was different. They had hooked up more than a couple times. They where both single though, there was nothing wrong with it. And they where both okay with it. They were still friends, they just did a little more than most friends did.
"I was bored. I figured you could find some way to entertain me?" She said, smirking and raising an eyebrow at him as she leaned into him a little bit. She wasn't shy around him. They had done all fourty shades of the spectrum so there was no trying to be shy or hide anything from him. "Figured we could skip the rest of the day and find something more exciting to do." She said, glancing back up at him, her voice a soft purr almost. The smirk was still present on her lips as she did so.

As Karlee leaned closer towards Blake he couldn't help but smile. This was why he enjoyed being around the fire student. She always seemed to be down for anything. "Shhh, we're in a library Karlee," he teased. In all honesty he didn't give a shit where they were or who was bothered by their behavior. He traced his pointer finger around the fabric of her shirt sleeve and gave the girl a nice little shock. "Thanks for giving me a reason to ditch art class. I think a bomb could go off and the teacher wouldn't even notice," Honestly that class was such a waste of time. Even Blake needed a class with some sort of stimulation. That was all behind him now that he was around Karlee. She would probably provided more than enough stimulation as long as he played his cards right.
"I can probably think of something much more exciting than this," Blake leaned in a bit closer as he tightened his grip on the girl. Instead of giving into her he turned his attention toward the open book. Teasing her, he slid the book closer to him and peered at the contents of her studying. "Or we could stay here. You seemed to be overwhelmed by literature." Blake scanned over the words and realized he had already studyed this last year. "Is that why you called me? So I could help you out with this? Your studies really should come first," he said to her in a playful tone. Her voice though nearly killed him. As much as he wanted to just escort her away from all the nerds with their pressed noses into their books, he had to show some level of control.
Blake let his hands wander across Karlee's back a bit more, subtly trying to knead her muscles and relax her. "Why are you even in the library anyway?" Karlee sure as hell wasn't the kind of girl who put studying before partying. As far as he knew she probably ditched class more than he did. His hands moved towards her neck as he gently continued to massage her. "Study period is a perfect excuse for relaxing and enjoying life during actual school hours." His study period was usually used to go hit up the weight room by the gym. Blake was blessed with a decent amount of intelligence to not really have to try so hard with his grades. As long as he passed his tests and wrote good essays, he could slack off in class as much as he wanted. Sure his class participation grades usually sucked, but it barely affected his overall GPA in the end run.

Karlee had her favorite classes. Art and English. English was sort of a secret though, she didn't tell many people. She was very into poetry and it was almost a guilty pleasure for her. She hated reading, but poems seemed to almost speak to her. Their was just something about them that was better than any regular story. The raw emotion that was put into poems meant something. They were not usually just something that somebody wrote, they where just that - emotion. However, she didn't tell this to people. Everybody knew she was artistic, and she liked to draw, but that was it.
When he made his library comment, she smirked and rolled her eyes. "Really not too worried about it hon." She said, her voice still quiet, purring. She did it just to tease him. She knew what she could do with her voice to get him excited, she didn't even have to be near him. They could just be on the phone. She was his go to boy for just about anything, so she knew him pretty well in that aspect. "You can always use me as a reason to ditch class babe." She said, smirking up at him again. She was tracing her hand on his chest, looking up at him.
At his next comment, she parted her lips a little to say something before stopping herself. A smirk just replaced it as she looked at him for a minute. "Why don't you enlighten me, Mr. Logan?" Her voice was still teasing, and she looked a bit shocked as he pulled away and turned his attention to her literature book. She scoffed and rolled her eyes a little bit. "You're such a tease you know." She muttered under her breath, although she was really no better at all. "English is my easiest class babe I'm not too worried about it. I called you here to entertain me." She said, smirking a little again as she turned slightly, and ran her finger up and down his neck.
Karlee enjoyed the feeling of his hand on her back, but kept her eyes focused on his. "I figure maybe if I pretend I'm studying it will impress my teachers enough not to fail me again. I'm not really wanting to repeat the eleventh grade again." She said, laughing dryly afterwords. Which was true, but she hated studying. Maybe she could pay somebody to take her final exams for her. She moved her hand down to his leg and started tracing patterns lightly. "So let's get out of here and go do something." She purred, tilting her head a little bit to accomodate his massaging.

A small smile graced his face as Karlee spoke. "Mr. Logan? I kind of like that," He shut the book in front of them and pushed it back. Blake glanced down at Karlee's hand for a moment. It had found a new home tracing the edge of his shirt collar. Every so often her fingers would brush up against his skin, leaving soft tingles wherever she traced over. "I would hope English would be easy K. We only speak the language," he said. He would have to seriously reconsider Karlee if she couldn't even pass a subject as easy as English. Truthfully even he had standards. Thankfully though the class was easy to pass. All you had to do was read the assignments to past the tests. The papers were where most students got caught up on.
"I'm a pretty entertaining guy," His hands left Karlee's back the moment her hands found their way to his leg. Blake's stare shift around for a few seconds before he shook his head to clear his thoughts. 'Bingo, game on,' he thought. Looked like Karlee did seem to have the same idea of fun as Blake. The Thunder finally stood up from his chair. He folded his bulging, muscular arms as he waited for Karlee to follow his lead. He relaxed a bit by leaning his backside against the edge of the study table. He was more than comfortable this close to the fire student. "Well than Einstein, let's get going. Get your shit together because study group is now canceled." Blake had this natural urge to be demeaning and he loved to take his power trips from time to time.
Before she had the chance to move away, he leaned in and held her face with one of his hands. When she didn't move away from him, he planted a small kiss there and roamed the pad of his thumbs across her cheekbones. With a wicked smile he pulled back enough to look down at her. "Well, where do you want to go?" It was clear to Blake what they would be doing. He actually wanted to see how much they could get away with in the library before someone finally spoke up. Leave it to the book jockeys to be uptight and serious. With the group that usually populated the library he wouldn't be surprised if the whole lot of them would die virgins. Seriously, kids needed to get out into the real world more.

Karlee was comfortable around Blake. She had no reason not to be. She smirked and rolled her eyes at his comment. "Do you?" She purred. "Well don't get used to it." She winked at him. She was just playing around, though she didn't make a habit of calling guys mister. She would much rather call him by his name, but it sounded more flirtatious when she called him mister logan. She continued to tease him, brushing her fingers along his collar. She laughed a little as he spoke. "I guess you're right. But hey, not everybody is a natural at it." She said, raising an eyebrow. "What about those people who speak French, or Spanish or crap. We don't all speak the language!" She was just joking of course, like she was trying to prolonge the inevitable.
This was all a game for Karlee. Every bit of it. The girl was relentless when it came to flirting and just about everybody that knew her knew that. So this wasn't anything new to her. She smirked a little bit as Blake moved his hand. She knew what her touch on his leg could do. Well, her touch on just about any guys leg - but she knew Blake better than most. Witht hings like this anyways. "Oh yes. Very entertaining." She purred, looking up at him as he stood up. She followed suit and stood up, her arms also across her chest as she stood in front of him. Sometimes being short had it's advantages, but she felt really tiny compared to him. Or well, probably most people. "Yes, captain." She said, mock saluting him. He could be bossy sometimes, but she had accepted that. Guys wanted to feel like they where in charge.
She smiled a bit as he leaned in closer to her, looking up at him. She let her eyes close as she kissed him back, resting her hands on his rather muscular arms. As he pulled back, she raised an eyebrow at him. "Why don't we just go behind a bookshelf and see how long it takes to get kicked out?" She said, a wicked gleam in her eyes. She took his hand in hers and started walking towards the back of the library, towing him along, glancing at the librarian who didn't even seem to notice. Once they reached a seemingly empty isle she turned around to face him and raise an eyebrow. "Looks like a good place to me..." She said, biting her lip for a moment before putting her arms up around his neck, her fingers going into his hair and kissing him again.

The Thunder was beyond exited to see that Karlee was down for what he had in mind. She was one of the few girls that he hooked up with that actually gave him so many pet names. Even if she was joking about them half the time. ”Captain?” he smirked. ”Stick with ‘mister’ in the future. Or how about just Blake?” His mouth was on her’s once again, the cockiness and arrogance was replaced with a more tender edge, and as for the cockiness, that certainly hadn't been replaced completely. He pulled back when her hand wrapped around his. Blake let her lead past all the other library goers, tossing a few a rather arrogant grin. He was about to ruin the nerds’ place of worship.
A playfulness overwhelmed him as Karlee sauntered closer, so close in fact that he had to really crane my neck downwards to see her despite the added closeness. "I don’t think it will take us too long…" Blake leant closer towards her now; the Thunder opened his eyes wide and filled them with innocence. He moved his body to rub against her before saying, "I'm sure we could teach these nerds a thing or two before our time here is done, They both stood there: Blake tall and cocky with his face facing downwards, making his 6"3 seem so much taller than the Fire student, and Karlee filled with determination that she wasn't going to back down no matter what curve balls he threw in her direction. The two individual wills were like steel; neither of them would ever give in to the other and allow them the satisfaction.
Suddenly her lips were on Blake’s, moving with vigor against his own. His in turn moved immediately to keep up with her, all the while fighting for dominance over her, both of them willing the other into submission. His strong arms lifted her off the ground as though she weighed nothing and moved her to sit on one of the trolleys full of books to be shelved, so he didn't have to bend down so much. The new position on the trolley gave him less distance to deal with, and he took advantage of it as he trapped Karlee between his arms. ”Yeah, the reference section seems like a great place to me,,” he murmured against her lips as his rough hands traveled up her thighs massaging them as he made his way up. Blake loved the feeling of Karlee’s hand running through his hair.
