Samson should have known better, but he was in pain. He wasn’t looking out for anyone else who may do him harm, because Harley had already done enough of that for him. He didn’t recognize Jolene’s distaste, he was too busy humoring the woman for the time being. If Samson had know better? Well, he wouldn’t have gotten himself into the predicament he was now in. And he would have crawled back to Harley on his hands and knees and told her to do whatever she wished with him, because he was absolute scum and the low on the low. But right now, it was Harley who he was thinking of as the betrayer. She was the one who broke his heart. Irony seemed to be the way to go.
However, Samson was aware of the potential events that could occur in a bedroom. He was not a virgin—though he certainly wasn’t a whore either—but right now Jolene was in the ‘friendzone’, and yet teetering on the edge of something else. It wasn’t love he felt, he was pretty sure. He knew what that was like, and it was with Harley, making it hard to imagine feeling it for anyone else. Had he thought about any other girl like this? No, he didn’t think so. He didn’t believe he’d fallen in love with any of them, not like Harley.
He sat next to her on the bed and listened to her words, a smirk gracing his lips. In some ways, he was certainly oblivious. In others, who could catch on quick. It wasn’t like Jolene’s gaze wasn’t at all suggestive. Nope, no way. He took out his phone, and texted, ”It’s the hair, I know.” He shook out his locks for emphasis before he decided to take her comment seriously. A certain person. Yes, he knew what she was aiming for and right now, he didn’t care to stop it. He wouldn’t call her a rebound, but really, what else could it be? ”I think you’re rather cute yourself,” he wrote, then leaned back into the bed a little. His next words were rather damning, and the little box on the screen read: ”Now what are we going to do about that?”

It was clear how this night would go, and trust it would go well for Jolene. Soon she'd be letting everyone know about her and Samson, and word would travel rather quickly to Harley. Jolene smirked at the idea of such a thing breaking poor little Harley's heart. Jolene was curious how long it would take the dumb girl to figure out it was Jolene who had ruined everything for her. It was why people needed to be more careful who they befriended. Once Jolene had lain eyes on Samson she knew that they'd be together one way or another. It was clear that Jolene was willing to take it as far as she needed it to go. If that meant taking out a few people, well then so be it. Jolene would get Samson, and she would make sure that Harley knew of it.
The one thing the blonde had no antcipated was that Samson would be so flirty after his break-up with Harley. Not that the two had offical broke up yet, but Jolene knew where it was going. Jolene noticed the smirk that had a appeared on the mute boy's lips, and could not wait to get a taste of them. Jolene laughed as she read Samson's phone, and nodded her head in agreement. "Yes, the hair makes me weak at the knees,
[/color]" she said, and ran a pale hand through his locks. They were quite nice, and soft. Jolene gave him a smile that usually made most boys stop in their tracks, but she knew that Samson was no oridinary guy. " I know, it's the hair,[/color]" she ran her hand through the blonde locks, throwing his words back at him. Jolene gave him a smirk at his following words. Now, what would they have to do about that? She brought a finger to chin, and tapped it as if she were thinking real hard on it. Her blue eyes traveled over him for a moment before making the move to were she straddled him. She leaned if, as she were going to tell him a secret then kissed him. Jolene wrapped her arms around his neck, almost not wanting to let go now that she had him. She did pull back, but only to ask, " How's that for doing something?[/color]" [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/size][/jusitfy]

This was nice in the worse way, a terrible way. It was nice to see Jolene, to flirt with her, ot forget about another girl who he’d much rather have on his bed. It was nice to feel her fingers in his hair, and to hear her voice, because it wasn’t Harley’s. It didn’t mean heartbreak. What it meant was escape, it’s what Jolene represented. Which is why it was only natural to take a few of her strands in his hand and gently tug them, not even bothering to text out what he was thinking. He didn’t think the girl would want to know what was on his mind, because thoughts of Harley were so close to the surface. No girl wanted to know that the guy they were hitting on was thinking of another girl. His ex-girlfriend, to be exact. Harley wasn’t aware of it yet, but what else would there be for them? She broke his heart. There was nothing left for them.
He looked at her deviously when she stradled him, knowing where this was going and wondering if it was in the right direction. Who cares? You just lost your girlfriend. Doesn’t even fucking matter anymore. This thought allowed him to kiss her back. When she pulled back, there was only a moment’s hesitation on his part. A split second when his mind wandered toward Harley, and how he enjoyed the feel of her lips against his, and how much he wanted that back. To respond to her question, he caught her in another kiss, his hands holding her hips. It was wrong, he shouldn’t have been doing it, but he didn’t care. There was something about forgetting that was so tempting, there was something about Jolene. It was the fact that she was right there, and he could have her and not suffer any longer. Sounded pretty damn good to him.
[should we close this up soon...?]
