MONTH DECEMBER SEASON WINTER
UPDATES
04.12.09 Right, I tried putting it off for as long as I could, but eventually it had to be done. All inactive leader positions have been revoked. Also, to replace some of the positions, everyone now has the option of having two leader characters.
30.07.09 I have returned! I apologize to you all for my absence, but of course you know it wasn't voluntary. Great thanks to Allie for keeping it alive - I owe you. So I made her an administrator as well :)
19.06.09 We're in desperate need of Water and Earth students at the moment, if people haven't noticed. Those that we do have aren't very active, with the exception of a few members, you know who you are. It's sort of odd having the majority of the characters as Thunder and Fire, considering not only are they allies, but they're also the dark elements. We need some more peacekeepers, geez!
Also, my exams are almost over, so I'll probably try and come up with a new plot after the summer kicks in for precious old Canada over here! Tee hee!

no vacancy ;; PARTY! « Thread Started on Aug 21, 2009, 6:07pm »
"Hey Alex, a little bird tells us you're gunna be eighteen in like-" the dark-haired, lanky boy leaned back and glanced to his left at the calender a dormitory mate had stuck on the wall, "- two days."
Alex groaned audibly, dropping the music magazine he was flipping through onto his stomach and covering his face with pale hands. He had been trying to avoid thoughts of his birthday ever since his parents had brought it up two weeks earlier. The fact that he was going to be an adult in less than forty-eight hours simply terrified him, and he didn't want to face it. Eighteen just didn't compute with his immature teenager brain, he didn't want everyone to suddenly expect everything from him as he feared they would. He glared back at the amused expression on his friend's face. "Really?" he said grumpily. "Where's it's nest, I want to kill it."
Though they weren't supposed to be there, two other boys were lounging around the male fire dormitory. A boy with messy brown hair was twirling a pencil around in his hands, and a darker-haired male was throwing darts. After chucking the last one and grinning as he landed close to the bulls eye, he turned to the two. "Ahw, c'mon Alex. Who doesn't love an excuse to get a bunch of free shit, be spoiled rotten, and the best bit, party?"
"We can have a party any time we want to," he pointed out. The sky was steadily darkening as he glanced out the window, and decided that if he didn't do something fast, they were going to make his decisions for him. "Like right now. It's a nice night, it's not going to rain, and not many people get homework on a Friday." He was always up for a party, unless it was in the 'celebration' of slowly turning into an old geezer. He swung his legs over the bed and stood up, tugging his bright yellow shirt lower. As usual, the neon flare of his green streaks and red shoes were complimented by his black skinny jeans. He grabbed his rainbow studded belt, playfully cuffed Jeremy around the head with it, then looped it around his waist, along with the standard black and silver one.
"Sure!" Jeremy was eager for any excuse to be random and funny, as well as drink and play all the shit that teenagers played at parties.

Half an hour later, and everyone the three knew had been sent text messages inviting them to bring friends and whatnot. They really didn't care who showed up and who didn't, they just wanted an excuse to rid themselves of their boredom. Alex yawned - not tired in the least, of course - and sat on one of the tables, chugging down the last half of his pepsi.

Ronan bounced around the dorm, head-banging to Psychosocial by Slipknot. She was wearing a pair of black boxers and a red tank top.
"Hey Ronan!" One of the water girls called out. "You coming to the party?"
Ronan turned around. "There's a party?"
"Yep, I just got an invite over text."
"Hells yes!" Ronan cheered and darted to her closet. She picked out a pair of black-and-white checkered skinny jeans and a black and white tube top. She threw a small black jacket over it and added a studded belt.
"Hey Risa, do you know where my polka-dot choker is?" She asked the other girl.
"Did you check the bathroom?"
Ronan raced to the bathroom, finding that her black choker with the white dots was indeed there. Quickly, she put it on then pulled out her make-up bag.
She grabbed black eye-shadow and put it over the inner-half of each eye-lid then put white on the rest. She then applied black eyeliner and brushed through her straight blonde hair.
-----
"Let's get this party started!" Ronan cheered as she burst through the doors, a CD in hand. She took out the CD that had been playing and put her's in, which happened to Lest We Forget The Best Of, her all-time favorite Marilyn Manson CD.
"Woah!" Makayla said, her eyes slightly wide. "You're belly got bigger! You look like you're gonna explode!" Migoto gasped in a mock shock then put her hands on her hips. "Well thank you very much, Makayla!" she said with light sarcasm. "That really helped my self-esteem!" Makayla just grinned and nudged Migoto's arm playfully. "Ah shit!" Migoto said in slight pain. "You all right?" Makayla asked. "I didn't nudge you that hard, did I?" Migoto rolled her eyes. "No," she said. "My children just like kicking me in the ribs for some reason." She waved a finger at her large stomach. "Baaad babies!" she scolded jokingly.
They both perked up a bit when both of their cellphones went off. "Text message," they said at the same time in singsong voices. They could both pretty much tell what the text was about, considering they'd both received it at the exact same time, but they checked their messages anyways. Just to make sure. Like, practically everyone in the school had gotten a text when Damon Krupke ended up in the hospital, the poor thing. "Partayyy!" Makayla shouted, throwing her hands in the air and dancing around. Migoto laughed at her. She'd normally be doing the same thing, but seeing as she had a little more weight added to her body right now and her stomach could probably knock Makayla over, she would not do the dance. Haha!

Migoto and Makayla arrived at the party. Makayla wore her usual dress - skinny jeans and a baby tee. But Migoto couldn't fit into her beloved skinny jeans or baby tees OR band tees, so instead she wore black maternity pants - though they still looked form fitting - and a maternity tee that said "Made In Canada" with an arrow pointing at her stomach. She didn't like the maternity shirts much, but these funny ones were the best that Kai had bought her. Migoto tilted her head slightly as someone changed the music. Already? she thought. Then she sort of recognized what was playing now. "Mawalin Manson?" she said in her baby-ish voice. "Yes, Migoto. Marilyn Manson," Makayla said with a chuckle.
Then Migoto spotted Alex, smiling. She suddenly remembered that his eighteenth birthday was in two days. Holy fucking SHIT! I haven't gotten him anything! she thought. Crap.. Eh. He probably didn't want to celebrate it anyways. "Awex!" she said with a grin as she walked towards him. Makayla followed and waved lightly at him. Migoto gave him a small side hug, giggling lightly.

People started showing up in groups soon after the messages went out, and Alex smiled lightly to himself, content with the fact that half the school came to parties hosted by he and his friends again. The scandals and rumors seemed far behind them now, so he was free to just relax and indulge on large amounts of sugar. He was sitting at one of the tables with Jeremy, having a very determined arm-wrestling match, when a girl and her friends showed up at the party. Jeremy made the mistake of becoming distracted, and with a victorious yell, Alex slammed his arm down against the table. "I win!" he said rather cheerfully, careful not to flash his fangs as he grinned, his gray eyes sparkling. The other vampire glared at him for a moment, then smiled regardless and went to find Derek, knowing he could beat him easily. Alex rolled his eyes, feeling sorry for Derek, but only for a moment. Ian was talking to his girlfriend, so Alex was pretty much alone for the moment.
His head turned slightly as his name was called, and his girlfriend's scent swept over him before he saw her, making her way over through the crowd with her friend behind her. He returned the wave with a friendly smile, not forgetting that she had risked a lot to fight with the outcasts months previous. Plus, she was a good friend of Migoto's, and he had nothing against her either way. "Hi Migoto," he said, smiling at her cute, childish voice. "Hey Makayla." Finished his Pepsi, he crushed it and tossed it into the bin, then grabbed a third from the case on the table. Sure, he was a vampire and it wasn't supposed to be drank, but he didn't really care. Plus, he knew these ones weren't drugged. The case at the end of the table was - Jeremy's work, with Alex's careful planning. "What's up?"
