WEATHER AND UPDATES
MONTH DECEMBER SEASON WINTER
UPDATES
04.12.09 Right, I tried putting it off for as long as I could, but eventually it had to be done. All inactive leader positions have been revoked. Also, to replace some of the positions, everyone now has the option of having two leader characters.
30.07.09 I have returned! I apologize to you all for my absence, but of course you know it wasn't voluntary. Great thanks to Allie for keeping it alive - I owe you. So I made her an administrator as well :)
19.06.09 We're in desperate need of Water and Earth students at the moment, if people haven't noticed. Those that we do have aren't very active, with the exception of a few members, you know who you are. It's sort of odd having the majority of the characters as Thunder and Fire, considering not only are they allies, but they're also the dark elements. We need some more peacekeepers, geez!
Also, my exams are almost over, so I'll probably try and come up with a new plot after the summer kicks in for precious old Canada over here! Tee hee!

Damon smiled at the nurse warmly as he slipped his shirt back on, covering up the stitches on his stomach. She had been told to call him up once of twice a week to check on the condition of his stitches, to make sure they weren't slipping out on him. cause that would be a very horrible sight. The stitches would fall out, he'd probably start bleeding profusely, and would have to go to the hospital. It would be especially worse if that happened when he was wearing a white shirt.. or was right in the middle of a class. He probably wouldn't even notice it until he moved or if someone pointed it out, probably scared out of his or her mind. But Damon was being extra careful about this! He didn't want to go back to the hospital anytime soon! So he was being careful not to move to fast, make any jerky movements, do anything that would bend his stomach in any way. And worst of all... no sex. Gah! He never would have thought he'd ever crave sex this much! He actually never had ever craved it. He just liked it. But now, his body wanted it so much! I guess it was probably just something to do with his extremely horrible luck. He thought so too. And it was sort of ironic in a way. Conrad used to be the one that felt like he absolutely needed sex, but now.. Damon was like that. But dammit! He had a good excuse! He'd been in the hospital so long! They wouldn't even let him get out of bed! Not even for bathroom breaks! It had been really stressful in there! But the ultimate stress reliever wasn't allowed! Cause if it was even slightly rough, it would screw up the stitches! Sometimes Damon thought the doctors just hated him.
Damon, pulling himself from his thoughts, glanced back at the nurse as she began to speak. She informed him that his stitches were in excellent shape and that he could go after he took his daily pain killers. So he quickly gulped down the pill and left the nurse's office. He cleared his throat lightly as he walked down the hall. Pills had always been a bit hard for him to swallow. Please don't choke, he thought to himself. It would be very inconvenient for that to happen. Considering he'd have to do the Heimlich on himself. And that maneuver required you to basically punch someone upward in the stomach. He had a feeling that would not be good for his stitches! But, surprisingly, he didn't choke on the pill. It was surprising, only because he had such bad luck. He really expected himself to choke, get the Heimlich performed on him, and then be rushed to the hospital again for more stitches. But he was good, smiling as he kept walking down the halls.

David glared coldly at the smiling nurse, who continued to smile at him. He mentally shook his head. That was the problem with these places. Everyone was too cheerful. He absolutely hated it. The nurse's office at the academy was unusable due to the fact that too many students were being confined there lately, and he had to go to a nearby hospital instead. He had played a prank, sending a tornado of water onto a party that consisted of fire students although no one was able to find him except this one guy named Alex. Bottom line, it didn't end too well, which was pretty obvious from the burn mark on his arm and the two broken ribs he got.
After a few days, they finally allowed him to leave. He jumped off the bed, pushed past a startled nurse, walked through the door, and slammed it behind him. He hoped he never had to see this place ever again as he walked down the halls. He pushed through the double doors of the hospital and burst outside. He walked the familiar roads of the town until he got to the Academy.
Classes were almost done, so there was no point going anymore. He decided to take a walk through the halls. He caught sight of a familiar face. A wind student, he was sure. "Hey." he waved a greeting. He had nothing better to do and a good conversation would do the trick.

Damon jumped noticeably when someone acknowledged him, greeting him with "hey." He wasn't usually scared of people. Hell, he was usually so outgoing that he made friends with the people that everyone thought were the most frightening people at the Academy. He was friends with Alex after all - even though he'd been a tad bit scared of him before he got to talking with him - and his boyfriend was Conrad. But the reason this charming young boy was so frightened was because of the reason he'd gotten his stitches, the reason he had severe burns on his chest and arms, and the reason he had a small gash on his cheek. Jeremy Disaster. He'd attacked Damon and put him in the hospital for a shitty reason. Damon was paranoid now that he might run into Jeremy again. He really didn't want to do that! Especially the state he was in at the moment. It wouldn't take much for Jeremy to send Damon to the hospital a second time. The flashbacks of that day were enough to make him shiver and his eyes water, remembering what intense pain he'd gone through and remembering the look on Conrad's face. He couldn't bare to see Conrad in that state ever again. Conrad had cried for goodness sake! He wasn't one known for crying.. ever. And Damon didn't want to see one single tear trail down his face ever again.
Taking a second to pull himself together, Damon smiled slightly. "Hey," he said. "Wassup?" He tilted his head at the other boy, recognizing that they were in the same element. "Hey, aren't you a wind student?" he asked, just to make sure.

"Yup." David said, in an oddly cheerful voice. Maybe it had something to do with sudden human contact after a few days of isolation. He didn't think he really needed to go to the hospital, but the nurse insisted. And by insisted, she meant weather you want to or not. That didn't give him much of a choice, but that didn't mean he didn't put up a fight. Honestly, it was nice to have a break from all the studying for a while. He noticed that the guy had very severe burn marks on his arms. He was really starting to detest fire students. "Ouch. Must have been one hell of a fight." he said casually.
