CELEBRITY CLAIM Candice Accola
EYE COLOUR Blue-green
HAIR COLOUR Blonde
HEIGHT & WEIGHT 5'4" and 125 lbs.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES In regards to piercings, she has an earring in each ear, and one in her bellybutton. Physically, the pinkie finger on her right hand is a bit deformed due to a past break that did not heal properly, and also a scar running up her right side from a four wheeler accident when she went to visit some family in the states.
CLOTHING STYLE Carson likes to dress with comfort and style in mind. She believes that it's not difficult to look nice and still wear a pair of jeans and a flattering t-shirt without over-doing it. She loves brighter colors and prefers pink, yellow, green, white and blue above most others, though cooler/natural colors are usually chosen in regards to formal wear (dresses, slacks, etc.). High heels, skirts, and dresses are not out of the question if she feels up to it. She usually prefers tennis shoes and flip flops any other time. When winter comes around, it's all about furry boots, scarves, and hats, while the summer is shorts, tank tops, and light t-shirts.

[ TAKE EVERYTHING FROM THE INSIDE & THROW IT ALL AWAY ]
POSITIVE TRAITS
- SOCIAL :: She enjoys making conversation with both friends and strangers alike. She likes to surround herself with others and have her friends nearby, and also does not mind crowds all that much either.
- OUTGOING :: Carson doesn't mind initiating conversations with anyone at any time or location. She could start talking to the woman in front of her in the grocery store simply because she wanted to make note of something she purchased. She doesn't mind people taking notice of her presence and is not easily embarrassed.
- PLAYFUL :: Pranks and doing silly things are never out of the question. She loves to have fun and is always trying to come up with ways to make her day interesting...or perhaps the days of others if she's feeling up to messing with someone else. No one is immune to her pranks, not even those she cares about. They are almost always harmless though, unless she doesn't like you.
- CONFIDENT :: She is comfortable in her own skin and knows what she wants for herself. She feels good about her accomplishments and hardly ever dwells on her failures because she knows that in order to bask in your success you need to have a few shortcomings to show your dedication and hard work. She doesn't like failing but she knows it happens.
- COURAGEOUS :: Fear? What fear? Carson is not afraid of many things. Well, not things that people normally have phobias over such as spiders, water, and heights. She likes to take dares and try new things, but nothing illegal.
- EASYGOING :: Almost to the point of being languid. She has no sense of urgency, likes to take her time with certain things and getting to certain places (unless she knows being late could have serious consequences). She goes with the flow most of the time and allows a lot of things to roll off her back. This doesn't mean she will take your bullshit if you're doing her wrong, or harming a friend, but petty insults and the like are pretty easily ignored.
- HONEST :: Bluntly so. She believes honesty is the best policy and knows that sometimes the truth is going to hurt, but it's better than living/believing a lie. If she doesn't like you her honesty becomes more vicious.
- TRUSTING/OPEN :: If she likes a person and they give her any reason to trust, then she'll fall rather quickly into a sense of security. At times it can make her easy to manipulate; even if you give her a small token of trust she'll reciprocate it almost instantly. Her family life is not a secret and she is not afraid of what others might have to say about it. Her life is an open book and her trust in others allows her to be this way.
NEGATIVE TRAITS
- FORGETFUL :: It's easy for her to leave a textbook at home, or do certain chores at home, and sometimes forget to do certain homework assignments if she's distracted enough. Important dates and birthdays seem to come easy (most of the time) but random things will slip her mind. It makes it easy to lose things, too.
- IMMATURE :: Not in the sense of pitching fits and acting like a child over losing in sports, but more like her antics are silly and childish. Her pranks are fun and she likes to have a good time and will act out in public if she's having fun with friends. A lot of people roll their eyes and call her immature; Carson likes to call it 'living life to the fullest'.
- DEPENDENT :: Carson likes to have people around her a lot. Being alone is, well, lonely and that leaves her without people to talk to. She can resort to the phone or text messages but she likes their physical presence more. She leans on her friends quite a bit and likes to keep them close, through the good and bad. This tends to make her an overly affectionate person too.
- INDIFFERENT :: She does not particularly care what others think about her (past, personality, etc), nor does she worry too much about how people react to her pranks or honesty. Sometimes Carson has her moments and worries about what her friends think but it's not constant doubt. If they did not want to be around, they wouldn't be, right?
- SELFISH :: A lot of things Carson does, she does for herself, even if it's indirect. Being raised in a wealthy home and having people dote on her (not to mention having siblings) instilled a sort of 'me me me' attitude when it came to material things and attention. If she needs to preserve herself for any reason, she will, and sometimes at the expense of others. She tries her best to be there for her friends but she does tend to fall short.
- SPENDTHRIFT :: Money is no object what-so-ever. With both moms being doctors at the hospital, and her father and step-mother both in high-end careers, there's money all around her. She likes to spend money and buy whatever she feels up to buying, even if she sees something in the window at the mall and likes it. There's hardly ever a hesitation, which has become a horrible habit.
- ERRATIC :: People simply like to call her 'unpredictable'. Not in mood (she's not bi-polar) but in her thought processes and the things she wants to do. Things people think she won't like to do, she winds up doing. Or she'll start off in a conversation and start asking questions that pertain to something entirely different if her train of thought takes her there.
- UNFOCUSED :: She tends to lose interest in things easily, especially with something that she has no use for. It does make schooling a bit difficult but she knows that she needs to do well and so tries her best, but outside of academics if she's not interested then you can bet she'll find something else to do.
LIKES
- SPORTS :: Tennis, soccer, softball, and track mostly.
- HER ELEMENT :: She's excited to learn more and become stronger.
- FAMILY :: Even with the divorce her family has always been pretty strong.
- PEOPLE :: Strangers and friends alike. Anyone is a potential friend.
- MATH :: She likes numbers and has a knack for the subject.
- MUSIC :: Any genre, really, but the more recent music is a favorite.
- FASHION :: She likes comfort but she loves matching colors and styles.
- MONEY :: Spending it, making it, etc.
- KARAOKE :: Not the best singer but she thoroughly enjoys it.
- TALKING :: Almost to the point of annoying some people.
- SWIMMING :: Her parents claimed she would turn into a fish.
- MOVIES :: Mostly comedy and romantic comedy but action is okay too.
DISLIKES
- LOSING :: She's competitive in sports and likes to win.
- SERIOUSNESS :: Sometimes it's needed but she prefers to keep things light.
- THUNDERS :: Outside of her sister, Janessa (most of the time).
- LONELINESS :: Having people around makes her happy.
- VIDEO GAMES :: Never did understand their purpose.
- VEGETABLES :: Their textures aren't very appealing.
- ALCOHOL :: It always tasted like medicine or something similar.
- READING :: She could never sit still enough to enjoy a good book.
- BARE FEET :: This one is unexplainable. She just doesn't.
- REPTILES :: They look weird and does not like the way they feel.
- TRUMPET :: She was forced at a young age and never liked it.
- FOUR WHEELERS :: After her accident, she certainly isn't a fan.
STRENGTHS
- Confident
- Athletic
- Outgoing
WEAKNESSES
- Dependent
- Scatterbrained/Forgetful
- Unfocused
FEARS
- Suffocation
- Dying of an illness
- Losing a loved one
BEST MEMORY Starting at the Academy her ninth grade year. The whole city of Maple Hollow is now a safe haven for all elementals but still the school was a sort of icon. A promise that she would be able to master her element over time so long as she worked hard and practiced. She felt like it was a home away from home. Moving to Maple Hollow from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan was not much of a bother for her. She did not mind change.
WORST MEMORY The four wheeler incident. She had gone to the states to visit some family members, who owned a handful of four wheelers for the kids to ride on. It had rained the previous day, leaving the trails they created muddy and slick. Carson attempted to turn a corner and the ATV flipped, sending her into a wooden fence along the route. She was unconscious for three days and came out with a nasty gash along her right side from the fence when it broke under the weight of her and the vehicle. She still has the scar and the memory, and does not intend to ride a four wheeler any time soon.
LONG-TERM GOAL To do something fashion related, though specifics have not exactly been ironed out.

HISTORY
Carson's history is a bit hectic, but she doesn't mind it in the least. She's lived in the Hollow for the past five years, but is still a natural born Canadian, having lived in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan the first ten years of her life. Her parents met in college, Gavan a freshman and Achelle a junior at the University of Saskatchewan. She was going for her undergraduate degree before moving on to medical school for neurology, while he was going for business management. It was not long after they began talking that they realized they were both from the Academy, but by this point they were away from the alliances and decided that they would not allow that to stop them from being friends. They started dating about a year later, and after he graduated from college with his bachelors he proposed. They were married when she turned 26, and two years later their family had begun. Wesley was to be their first of three children, followed by Janessa two years later, and finally Carson three years after that. They named her Carson because they decided to have her gender be a surprise and Achelle was confident the baby would be a boy. When they were given a little girl, they decided that Carson could be unisex and thus kept it.
A couple of years later, the relationship between Achelle and Gavan had begun to change. The kids were hardly aware of this considering their youth and ignorance to the subtle cues between the married couple and the conversations kept behind closed doors long after the three had been put to bed. When Carson turned two, her parents decided (mutually) to get a divorce. The kids were unaware of the full story, all they knew was that "mommy and daddy were interested in different things" or something along those lines. They both felt that explaining Achelle's attraction to the same sex to children eight years old and under was a bit difficult, but in due time they would be able to understand. Achelle did date on occasion, but instead focused on her kids and her job. Gavan wound up rekindling his friendship with Valerie, a girl whom he graduated with from the Academy, and when she wound up pregnant with twins he decided to go ahead and speed up the relationship. The twins, Lucas and Seth, were born when Carson was around five years old.
Even though the families were living their own separate lives in some ways, they were still close because of the kids. They grew up wealthy because of Achelle's job as a neurosurgeon and Gavan's job as a sommelier, not to mention his new wife was an accountant with her own firm, so Wesley, Janessa, Carson, and the twins never went without. Carson and Janessa went at one another quite often, mostly sisterly disputes over barbie dolls and hair brushes, but Wesley was her brotherly knight in shining armor. Her protector. The twins were still too young to hold a place in the girl's heart, but she did adore them all the same. When Wesley turned ten, Achelle decided to try and explain to the children what happened with her and her recent husband, which was--to her pleasant surprise--accepted by them with smiles and shrugs of approval. Janessa was unsure about it all at first and did not say much of anything on the matter for a long while, even though the other two were perfectly fine. The mind of a child made it much simpler. A couple of years later, when Carson was around ten, Achelle decided to move back to Maple Hollow. There was not only a position open for a neurosurgeon at the hospital there (after being let go at her current job for lack of funds), but she knew that the Academy was nearby as well.
They left Saskatoon then, Gavan and his family following shortly after. They wanted the kids to grow up together despite the fact that he and Achelle were divorced; even Valerie thought that this was a good idea. She had grown attached to the other three children by this point and knew that Lucas and Seth would be devastated should they be separated by two provinces. They moved into a beautiful mansion not too far from the Academy, Gavan and Valerie moving in a few houses down. Wesley obtained his powers a year later, being a Water, and a couple of years after that Janessa became an elemental too. A Thunder. It was difficult on the siblings because of their differing elements but at least they were related. That saved them from grief at school. Carson looked forward to obtaining her powers (hoped she would obtain them) and was excited when she found herself to be a Water just like her brother. Right before starting her ninth grade year, Achelle started dating Renee. The kids took to the other woman quite well, and even managed to make a good relationship with Janessa. They took up a partnership with one another when Carson was starting her eleventh grade year.
She's now in eleventh grade at the Academy and loving her life, taking visits down to the States once or twice a year to see some of their family members. The twins have also gained their powers by this point too: both are Winds, and have joined Janessa and Carson at school. She's just glad that, even though she and her sister do not always get along, their family as a whole is semi-functional.
